Bug reports
If you have problems running MoleBox or your moleboxed app works differently then the original one, please make sure you are using the last released version of Molebox. If your problem repeats, please contact us via e-mail or via feedback from. Please include full description of your problem — provide as much information as possible: place of error, sequence of your actions, etc.
Sometimes we'll need a sample app which reproduces the error you encountered. Please send us a non-moleboxed test case, packed in zip or rar archive. For security reasons, all *.exe attachments are deleted.

We provide free support related to our software: pre-sales information, usage hints, error investigation and fixes. But we are not specializing in consulting for general programming and specialized development tools usage.

| If you're sending us your application, we offer you to protect it with
our PGP signature, which assures that nobody else can get your data. To save
our key to your computer, right click on the link below and choose
"Save Target As..." option from the context menu. After that you need to import
this key into your mailing program, and you'll be able to protect the data
