Collection of information

You don't have to provide any personal information to visit our site and to download our software.

We do not use cookies on this site. But we do collect some information which does not identify you personally, like browser type, operation system, and so on, for site statistics purposes only.

Software activation

Some software available at this site require Internet activation in order to run. During the activation process we record your IP address and hardware id as well as your activation code - either your e-mail address for the demo version or a code issued by our license server for the full version. This information is collected and used solely for software activation purposes.

Ordering

We use outside companies to process our orders. When you purchase our products, you provide the full range of information to one of these companies, and they notify us about your order. With purchase notification we receive the following data: your full name, your address and e-mail address, phone and fax numbers. We do not receive your credit card number.

This information is used only for the purpose it was provided: to let us process your order, to contact you, and to send you software update notifications.

Information security

Sometimes when you report us an error, we'll need you to provide a test case which allows to reproduce the error. You don't need to provide the actual application, any sample which repeats the error will suit. By providing us with your sample project, you grant us the rights to modify, analyze, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer your application, and to include your application into our test base.

When you contact us with a question, or subscribe to our newsletter, the information you provide is used only to contact you, and is never given away.
