Version 2.2650 - Improved support for SxS assemblies. DLLs compiled with vs2005 with msvcr80 dependencies can be successfully loaded from a package.
- Changed creation DLL stubs algorithm.

in OSes > 9x yet. In win 9x it's very hard to handle, i need to think more - Improved COM-dynamic-names detection.
